How to export my Data/Metadata from Bluefactory?

From any backup snapshot of your data and metadata, you can export your entire backup to your computer as CSV.file. This includes attachments.

To access the Download button, go to the Backup tab, click on the backup name. Then, in History, click on the desired backup snapshot. Finally, search for the object you want to export the records, click on Download in the last column.
