The saved-query library
Queries you'll want again belong in the Queries library — the first tab of the console's left sidebar.
Saving a query
Click Save in the console, give the query a name, and choose where it lives:
- Personal (default) — visible only to you.
- Shared with org — visible to every member of your bluefactory account.
Organizing
- Group queries into folders (deleting a folder keeps its queries — they move back to the library root).
- Each query's menu offers Open in new tab, Duplicate, Rename, Move to folder, Share with org / Make personal, and Delete.
- The library is split into Shared and Personal sections so team assets and private drafts stay apart. Shared queries can be seen and edited by any member of your account.

The built-in File Search folder
Every account's Shared library includes a read-only File Search folder with ready-made queries that list a snapshot's files, each with a download link per file:
- Salesforce Files (latest) — the current version of every Salesforce File.
- Files by document — each file document with its latest downloadable version.
- Files attached to records — files linked to records, with download.
- Attachments (classic) — classic attachments and the record each belongs to.
- Documents (classic) — classic documents stored in folders.
- Static resources — static resources bundled in the org's metadata.
Built-ins can't be edited or deleted, but you can duplicate one into your own library and adapt it. See Finding and downloading files.
Team workflows that work well
- A shared "Runbooks" folder: the queries your team runs during incidents.
- A shared "Data quality" folder: standard checks (missing emails, orphaned records) anyone can run after a big import.
- Personal drafts stay personal until they've proven useful — then share them.
