Salesforce Orgs
Settings → Salesforce Orgs lists every Salesforce organization connected to your account, with its type and which modules are active on it.
Create an External Client App for client credentials
Connecting an org with client credentials, the recommended method, needs an app on the Salesforce side that bluefactory authenticates against. This page walks through creating it.
Team
Settings → Team lists everyone in your bluefactory account.
Access Management
Settings → Access Management controls what each team member can do in bluefactory, with reusable roles. It's a simple, team-style permission model: create a role once, assign it to people.
Notifications
bluefactory sends two kinds of email so the right people know how your data protection is doing — without flooding anyone's inbox.
Cloud Storage
By default, backups are stored in bluefactory's managed, encrypted storage. With Cloud Storage (Enterprise plan), you can bring your own bucket so backup data lands directly in cloud storage you control — your keys, your region, your retention.
IP Whitelist
The IP Whitelist (Enterprise plan) restricts sign-in to your bluefactory account to trusted networks. When no ranges are configured, all IP addresses are allowed; as soon as ranges exist, sign-ins from outside them are refused — for both Salesforce and email sign-in.
Billing
Settings → Billing shows your current plan, billing cycle, and protected backup capacity, and is where you upgrade or manage payment details.
Audit Trail
Settings → Audit Trail is a timeline of every operation across your bluefactory account: who did what, to which record, and when. It's built for compliance reviews and "who changed this?" questions.
