Billing

Settings → Billing shows your current plan, billing cycle, and protected backup capacity, and is where you upgrade or manage payment details.

Managing your subscription

  • Upgrade — click Upgrade to Business (or contact us for Enterprise). Plan changes go through Stripe Checkout, the secure payment flow; bluefactory never sees your card details.
  • Manage billing & invoices — opens the Stripe billing portal, where your cards, invoices, and billing details live.
  • After returning from Stripe, the page confirms the outcome (Subscription updated or Checkout cancelled).

Hitting a plan limit

If you reach your plan's limit — for example creating a fourth recurring backup on the Developer plan — bluefactory tells you at creation time and points you to the Billing page. Nothing existing is affected; already-scheduled backups keep running.
