Team

Settings → Team lists everyone in your bluefactory account.

Roles at the account level​

  • Owner — the person who created the account (crown badge). Owners have full access to every module and are the only users who can manage roles, IP restrictions, billing-sensitive settings, and destructive operations like deleting compliance requests.
  • Member — everyone else (shield badge). What a member can do is controlled by Access Management; with no role assigned, a member has no module access.

Adding team members​

In-app invitations are coming soon — the Invite member button is visible but not yet active.

TODO: Document the current process for adding members to an existing account (contact support if you need teammates added today).

A note on Salesforce sign-ins​

Each person should always sign in with the same Salesforce user. Signing in with a Salesforce user that isn't linked to your account creates a brand-new, separate bluefactory account rather than joining yours — if that happens, contact support.
