Navigating the app
Once signed in, everything in bluefactory is reachable from the sidebar on the left. The sidebar is organized around what you're trying to do.

The sidebar
- Overview — your dashboard: recent activity and the health of your data protection at a glance.
- Data Protection
- Backup — create and monitor backups.
- Archive — archive old records out of Salesforce.
- Restore & Seeding — restore data or seed sandboxes.
- Metadata Change Tracker — track configuration and code changes.
- Data Compliance — record GDPR forget/rectify requests.
- Operations
- Query Console — explore snapshots with SQL.
- Org Assistant — ask questions about your org's setup.
- Security Center — analyze who has access to what.
- Data Quality → Dedupe Console — find and merge duplicates.
- Purge — permanently delete records, with safety checks.
- Settings
- Salesforce Orgs, Team, Access Management, Notifications, Cloud Storage, IP Whitelist, Billing, and Audit Trail.
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find links to this Documentation and to Support, plus your profile menu. The sidebar can be collapsed to an icon rail — hover any icon to see its label.
Command palette
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app to open the command palette, then type the name of a page to jump straight to it. The palette also shows a shortcut hint next to each destination.
