Monitoring runs and reports

Every backup run produces a detailed report. This page walks through what you'll see, from the backup's own page down to a single object.

The backup page​

Open a backup from the list to see its configuration at a glance — org, status (Active/Inactive), type, frequency, next scheduled run, storage destination, and notification setting — followed by:

  • Total Records Over Time — a chart of records captured per run (last 30 or 90 days, or a custom range), so growth and sudden drops are visible immediately.
  • Run history — every run with its date, object count, record count, file count, and status.

Run statuses​

  • Running — the run is in progress; its page refreshes automatically.
  • Success — everything in scope was captured.
  • Warning — the run finished, but some objects reported problems; check the per-object details.
  • Failed — the run could not complete.

A run's report​

Open a run to see:

  • Completion — a live progress ring while the run is capturing, with per-object rows appearing as the engine progresses.
  • Stat cards — total objects, total records (with the change versus the previous run), total files, and the stored size of the snapshot.
  • Job facts — org, start and end time, duration, and the Salesforce API usage the run consumed.
  • Backup details — a filterable table of every captured object and file set: name, type, status, record count, changes since the previous run, and size. Click any row to open it.

From a run you can also jump straight into action: Prepare it for querying, Query it in the Query Console, or Restore from it.

A single object's report​

Each object's page shows its capture status, record count, size, timing, and the filter applied (if any) — plus download options and a per-run change history. See Exporting and downloading data and Finding deleted records.
